Pilot Program

Prove the video-to-reel workflow on your own stories

Run a focused pilot on live POVs: collect short authentic video from real participants, triage in one inbox, and publish subtitled branded reels. We start with a short conversation so the setup matches your desk or campaign—reach out on the contact page or book a demo.

Questions about the pilot program

What a desk or campaign pilot typically includes.

How long does a pilot run?

Pilots are structured around your news cycle or campaign calendar rather than a fixed SaaS trial window. Setup, a live production cycle, and review are the usual phases.

What do we need to provide?

A real story or campaign to run through the workflow, operators who will send and triage outreach, and baseline notes on your current process so KPIs are comparable.

Which KPIs do teams track?

Common measures include time to first usable clip, replies per POV, share of replies used in output, and time from outreach launch to published asset. Exact targets depend on desk or campaign type.

Is pilot access the same as production licensing?

No. Pilot conversations cover workflow fit and measured results. Commercial terms and production configuration are agreed separately if you continue.

Can we run newsroom and community tracks in parallel?

Usually teams pick one primary track first so setup and KPIs stay focused. A second track can follow once the first workflow is understood.
